Dr. Saul "Sonny" Barr is Managing Director and Senior Aerospace Economist at Barr Group Aerospace. He is Professor Emeritus in economics and finance at the University of Tennessee where he served as the Tom Hendrix Chair of Excellence in Private Enterprise. He has been a financial consultant to the USAF as well as numerous companies such as Raytheon, Goodyear, Honeywell and Alcoa. He has written several books including more recently, "The Expeditionary Aerospace Force" for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). Dr. Barr is currently an adjunct professor of economics at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
